Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Unwashed and with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel that has been worn, washed, or if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at veyraintimate.zhi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at veyraintimate.zhi@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
